A Year To Live: How To Live This Year As If It Were Your Last The Year To Live process helps people live life fully through an investigation of their own living, dying, and death. Groups create a community and witness for individual investigation. This inquiry and process aids in entering the present moment and leads toward acceptance of the life that has already been lived. “During one of our life review meditations I had one of those moments of clarity… when I experienced real gratitude for the experiences in my life that had prepared me for living today.
